The Reimagine Retail Philadelphia partnership, and five additional partnerships across the country, will investigate approaches to improve job quality, create pathways for worker advancement opportunities, and increase employee engagement, productivity, and retention in retail and hospitality sectors. The partnership will expand upon the employer engagement strategies, partnerships and programs already in place through Generation Work, an Annie E. Casey initiative, and other local work.
